Program:
Tuesday 13th June:
Arrival at the port of Aegiali at 2am in the morning. Transfer to the house
12.00 Brunch and meeting up with your teacher, Simona Sofroni
6pm: Yoga + 30minutes meditation and breathing therapy
8pm: Walk to the village (7minutes) and dinner in one of the taverns
Wednesday 14th June:
smoothies
8am: Wake up with 45 minutes meditation-15minutes break
9am: Breathing therapy followed by a yoga course.
11am Brunch
6pm-7.15pm: yoga - breathing therapy - meditation
8pm: Dinner in one of the near by villages of your choice
Same schedule for the whole week until Saturday night. Pizza Party offered by the house (drinks excluded)
Tuesday June 20th:
6.20am: transfer to the port of Aegiali
6.55am: Departure Blue Star Ferries. Arrival in Pireaus at 3pm
Optionnal:
Afternoon Spa in Hotel Aegialis: pools + 1 massage 80€
Rent a car and visit the Monastery of Chozoviotissa 40€-60€ depending on participent number
Extra nights 30€/person with breakfast

Arrival on Amorgos at 2am on Saturday morning
Departure from Amorgos on Sunday 11th June at 6.50am with Blues Star Ferries to Pireaus. Arrival at 3pm
