Approximately 500 meters from the village of Tholaria, the House lies on a mull surrounded by hills. It nests on a land in terraces with its vineyard and vegetable garden. The house is entirely self-sustaining, relying on solar power, winter-rain water storage and traditional farming methods. Although we request that you be - water and electricity-conscious, with no high electricity consumption devices permitted (hairdryers and clothes irons), the limitation of these resources has no impact on the quality of life in the house.

Due to its mountain location, the property is surrounded by an array of local wildlife including cats and a dog on the property. The property is accessible via a dirt road with vehicle transfers solely for loading and unloading luggage. The parking in the village is at your disposal for cars. The small walk to the house offers magnificent views on the port, the valley and the surrounding mountains capped with their traditional windmills.
